Runaway Vows
Brand & Web Design
Luxury, Modern, High-End
Jake and Nate were in midst of officially joining teams and creating a new film business when they reached out to me. While they had both created their own websites and brand for their individual businesses before, they wanted Runaway Vows to scream “high-end” and knew that to achieve that goal, working with a professional brand and web designer was necessary.
When designing the Runaway Vows brand, we wanted to ensure that both of their target audiences, brides and fellow filmmakers, were captured in a cohesive manner. With several resources as well, this involved a careful eye in curating their digital space (i.e., the website) to clearly communicate their wealth of information for both sides of their business, while also ensuring that the entire experience, from finding them on Instagram to deciding to book, was as luxurious as their offerings.
“When we decided to established Runaway Vows, we had a solid business plan and great goals, but had no idea how to make the company look like our vision. It was so important to us to find someone who caught our vision and also someone who had strengths where we had weaknesses, and we knew that brand design was not our strength. We shopped around with multiple different brand designers, but Nichole was the only one who truly caught our vision and understood the long-term effect of having a meaningful brand, more-so than just a cool logo. If we had to sum up Nichole in one phrase – it would be “Above and Beyond”. Her communication skills are next level, she would report back on every little thing we asked for. We were impressed by how quickly she would get things done as well. She always met deadlines, no matter what we requested. And she took our feedback insanely well and improved upon it. Everyone we showed the site to was so impressed. Even after just launching, the Workshop page sold 12 tickets right away. One person said “You guys are breathing new energy into wedding filmmaking education.” We truly could not have found anyone better.“
